The Apprentice Stage

Sponsored by

Hosted by former apprentice Shola West and co-hosted by Samuel Okusaga from Pearson, the apprentice stage is all about the learner voice.

Watch serving and former apprentices define what a quality apprenticeship role means to them.  Apprentices will discuss their ambitions for the future of the programme in England; including how to achieve better recognition and status for those on non-degree career pathways. Apprentices undertaking higher level 5 and 6 programmes will discuss the benefits of the ‘earn while you learn’ route to obtaining a university degree, but without the debt.
