During his career with the ESFA and its predecessors, Richard has been involved in contract management, procurement, programme design and change management. Currently Richard’s team manage the system and processes for the Register of End-Point Assessment Organisations, as well as supporting the wider implementation of end-point assessment as part of the apprenticeship programme.
