Gemma has been in the education sector for nearly 20 years and started educating on the full time hairdressing programme. Since then she has developed her knowledge and skills within the education sector and recently completed a masters in educational leadership and school improvement.

Gemma is currently the Head of Education for Francesco Group, and runs the apprenticeship delivery across 3 academies across the west midlands and Dorset.
