Candace Miller is the Managing Director of SFJ Awards, a sector-specialist awarding organisation and apprenticeship end-point assessment organisation, that supports the policing, fire and rescue, justice and community safety, armed forces, healthcare and security sectors.

Following a successful career that has included setting up and running a workforce research and development consultancy, leadership of a National Skills Academy, leadership of an ESFA prime contract training provider and executive responsibility within a sector skills council, Candace is applying her leadership skills and 360 degree understanding of the vocational education and training sector to deliver SFJ Award’s mission of increasing confidence and productivity through providing certainty around the expertise of those delivering services for public benefit.
