Angela’s view from working with so many employers and being an employer herself is that apprenticeships can offer a fantastic growth and productivity solution for a business, preparing their workforce for the future…but that it’s certainly not a ‘one size fits all’ and in the current climate it is traineeships that may be more fit for purpose in many cases…
